There are moments in your day when nothing is required from you.

You sit down, your work is done, your responsibilities are handled, and you finally have time to rest.

But your mind doesn’t stop.

It keeps moving.

It thinks about what you did earlier.
It jumps ahead to what needs to happen next.
It holds onto small details that didn’t get finished.

Even in stillness, there is activity.

And because of that, rest doesn’t feel complete.
